Professional Journey

He began his professional journey as a Senior Associate at Arthur Andersen, where he provided strategic consulting services to clients in diverse sectors, including oil and gas, telecommunications, and banking.

His passion for public sector reforms led him to serve as the Country Manager for UN-Habitat in Nigeria. In this role, Henry coordinated urban planning and infrastructure development projects, working closely with federal and state governments, as well as international partners, to implement sustainable solutions that improved housing and urban living conditions.

Henry's expertise in the oil and gas sector was further honed when he joined Oxford Policy Management as the Technical Team Lead for the Facility for Oil Sector Transparency and Reforms (FOSTER). Under his leadership, FOSTER made significant strides in promoting transparency within Nigeria's oil sector, building strong relationships with key stakeholders, including the Nigerian National Oil Corporation and the Senate President.

In addition to his role at FOSTER, Henry has served as a Technical Adviser to the Ministry of Niger Delta Affairs, where he played a crucial role in policy development, project implementation, and capacity building for the Ministry. His efforts have contributed to the effectiveness of development projects aimed at improving the livelihoods of communities in the Niger Delta region.
